Natural Stone Sinks

Natural stone sinks are from the round marble material which use lathe in its process. There are some original shapes that manually processed. With our skillful human resource, we can produce the natural stone sinks according to picture or design that is requested by clients. From that reason, it would be more flexible size for avoir (disposal pipeline) in any country. We have exported these sinks to UK and USA. The examples that have ever been made can be seen in the picture below.

Flagstone Flooring

Flagstone Flooring has got unique colour that the background is a blend from white cream and natural grey-sketched. Accordingly to the blend, we can see that it is a flag figure. It would be attractive if it is applied to the wall as seen in the picture. The stone which is really soft, included in Sandstone category, and the recommendation of the minimum thickness is 25-30 mm.

The common size of flagstone flooring which we produce is 300 x 300 mm dan 600 x 300 mm, and it would be interesting if the shape is not square but rectangle.

We can do a finishing such as:

• Sawn cut : There is a circular mark from the saw blade on the surface of the tile
• Honed : It can be used directly for wall and floor, because the surface of the tile is smooth

Green Stones

Green Stones , Its colour  is  pure green. There are a few countries that produce the stone, and Indonesia is one of them. Green is a colour which represents the mild of nature, and it can be placed anywhere. For instance, if it is used in the swimming pool, it will reflect the natural colour on the water.

We produce 100 x 100 mm, 200 x 100 mm, 200 x 200 dan 300 x 150 mm for the standard size of the stone. Yet that is the maximum size of the green stone. Its thickness is between 10-12 mm.

The varieties of green stones we produce are:

• Sawn cut : There is a circular mark from the saw blade on its tile’s surface
• Honed : It can be attached directly to wall and floor, because the surface of the tile is not rough.
• Rockface : The particular tile that the surface is similar to hill or mountain

Limestone Tiles

Limestone tiles, one of products we produce which is better known as white sandstone or white paras by our clients in some countries such as Australia, Switzerland, and Thailand, included in sandstone category, but it is harder than yellow sandstone or palimanan sandstone which tends to be softer. Hence, some of our customers use this type of stone for swimming pool. The others customers attach it for the wall and floor of a building, and outdoor.

The standard size of limestone tiles produced is 300 x 300 mm, 600 x 300 mm, 600 x 600 mm. It is also could be longer than 600 mm base upon the material stock presence and the demand itself. Its thickness is adjusted with the clients demand, minimum 20 mm.

There are several finishing that can be produced by us :

• Sawn cut : there is a circular trace from the saw blade on the tile. This kind of tile mostly used around the swimming pool, with the result that it is not really slippery because of the saw blade trace.
• Honed : the tile surface is smooth. Therefore, it can be applied directly on the floor and the wall.
• Chisel : the surface of the tile is slashed well. It is compatible for the wall of a house or a building.
• Bushhammer : its tile’s surface is kind of arranged sand spots, so that makes lovely effect when it is attached on the wall.
• Rockface : the unique tile that has got natural surface such as mound of hill or mountain

Volcano Stone

Volcano Stone is a stone that is made from the lava of volcano that has been processed in a natural frosting. The frozen material is sliced in factories, so it will be the tile which can be attached directly anytime we need. The stone that we produce is from the most active volcano in the middle java. It is really nice to be placed in outdoor in the wall or the floor (as seen in the picture above). We regularly supply it to some countries such as Japan, Australia, France and Switzerland.

The normal size of volcano stone we produce for 300 x 300 mm, 600 x 300 mm, 600 x 600 mm. But it can be smaller than the usual size. The thickness can be arranged based upon the customer request with the minimum size of 20 mm.

There are some finishing that we can do such as:

• Sawn cut: there is a circular mark from the saw blade on its tile’s surface
• Honed : It can be used directly for wall and floor, because the surface of the tile is smooth.
• Chisel : the surface of the tile is slashed well. It is compatible for the wall of a house or a building.
• Rockface : The particular tile that the surface is similar to hill or mountain

Slate Floor Tiles

Slate Floor Tiles is obtained from the bowels of the earth that the shape is similar to a cake layer sliced. Then, it is manually processed for opening each layer carefully. From the layer, it can be classified based upon the diameter size and thickness. The colours we provide are grey and dark brown . Our main client for all the types above is Japan (Rankei, Tobiishi,and Tile).

There are many types of slate floor tile:

• Rankei/random : the diameter is 200-300 mm and the thickness is 20-30 mm, mostly used in the wall or fence .
• Tobisihi : the diameter is 400-500 mm (tend to be round) and the thickness is 40-50 mm.
• Tile : 100  x 100 mm, 200 x 100 mm, 300 x 150 mm and 300 x 300

Pebbles Tile

Pebbles tile made of the combination process between machine and human skill. The machine is used when the sorting of diameter and thickness size. The next step is being handled by skillful worker when attaching pebble on netting, so it will make a great product but strong. The pebbles tile has got some colours such as grey, white, pink, quaile, green and tan. It would be really nice for bathroom, kitchen or outdoor. We also have mini pebbles tile, its size is 9-12 mm and the thickness is 3-5 mm. The standard size is 300 x 300 mm.

Another side, we also produce loose pebble (without netting) that is packed on plastic bag which contains 20 KGS. It can be directly applied to the garden at house or the building as the colour variety enhancer besides plant/flower.

Marble Mosaic Tiles

Marble Mosaic Tiles made from the marble sliced based upon the shape wanted. Then, they are strung and glued in netting, so the result is a fancy pattern. But there some particular patterns that can be glued each other directly without netting. The way of attaching the tiles is only apply it to the wall.

As seen in the picture below there are various shape produced. The most common size for the tiles is 300 x 300 mm, and there is also in 400 x 200 mm.

Polished Marble Tiles

Polished marble tiles have been being used since Roman age. There are many real facts that show about it in European countries. Even though most of polished marble tiles are used for floor, it is also beautiful when it applied to wall, and it keeps the room cool.

We are produce the regular sizes on 300 x 300 mm, 600 x 300 mm, 600 x 600 mm, and random slab. The thickness starts from 10 mm, 15 mm dan 20 mm.
